To expedite the processing of an exchange request, please e-mail service@1stphonecard.com with the following information: .
1.Old pin number
2.A written promise not to use the old pin number anymore
3.Name of the new phone card you wish to exchange for
4.A written statement to charge the difference, if any, to your credit card
5.Reason why you want to exchange your phone card

If you would like to use a new e-mail address, please send us an e-mail from your EXISTING e-mail address to service@1stphonecard.com with the following information:

2.Billing address 3.New e-mail address (please double check to make sure there are no errors)
